01
Pass one
Look at the whole customer
Check the face, silhouette, movement and timing before focusing on a single feature. A dramatic tell is easy to notice; the dangerous mistake is letting that expectation make you ignore quieter inconsistencies.
- Face and eye placement
- Body shape and posture
- Animation or movement that breaks the normal rhythm
02
Pass two
Compare every available view
Use whatever observation tools the current build provides and compare them with the customer in front of you. One clean view does not automatically clear the other views.
- Live customer
- Counter or order information
- Camera or secondary view, when available
03
Pass three
Make one clear team call
Say what you noticed, not only your conclusion. “The face changes between views” gives teammates something to confirm; “bad customer” does not.
